The product

The product

One engine. Two surfaces. Any agency's name on it.

Score every call against the framework that actually closes, turn the gap into daily reps on the agent's phone, and check next week whether the fix held. Everything below is the working product. The screens are real and the phones are live.

01 · Measure

Monday morning, one screen tells the trainer who needs them.

Every call recorded, transcribed, and scored. Not a sample. Each agent's week reduced to a colour and a sentence, so the start of the week goes to deciding where to spend the time rather than reading.

The roster: five agents, each with a status dot, a one-line read, and an adherence figure.

Red means look now. Amber means watch. Green means leave them alone and go spend the time where it counts.

02 · Diagnose

It doesn't just score. It says what broke.

Two measurements, never conflated: where calls end, and how well the beats that were reached actually ran. Read together they separate a coachable structural miss from a delivery problem only a human can resolve.

An agent report: the summary read, the drop map showing where calls die, and per-beat script adherence.
A flagged clip with playback, the week's single focus, and whether last week's fix held.

Four of ten calls died at the price. Adherence there is ninety percent. Saying it right and losing them anyway. That isn't a script problem, so a human gets handed twenty-one seconds of audio instead of seventeen minutes.

03 · Develop

The gap becomes this week's reps, on the agent's phone.

Built on the agency's own call, not a generic script. The whole call in loopable sections, real objections to answer out loud, and a simulated prospect who picks up and reacts differently every time. Installed to the home screen, so no meeting has to be scheduled for it to happen.

PracticeRunning now
Role-playRunning now

Those are the live app, not screenshots. It rings, a prospect picks up, and the agent runs the whole call, then hears it back, graded against the same beats the real calls are scored on.

04 · Compound

Every week it gets sharper.

Practice, perform, feedback. One loop, running on the team's own calls. The longer it runs inside an agency, the better it knows what a good call sounds like there.

01 · Score

Every call

Read against the framework, and every judgment tied to the line it came from.

02 · Find

Where it broke

Where calls die, and whether the cause is the framework or the delivery.

03 · Train

Then check

The gap becomes the reps. Next week's calls say whether the fix held.

05 · White label

The same engine, wearing a different name.

Both phones below are live, and both are the same application. Only the brand layer differs: the name, the mark, the ground colour. None of the call intelligence underneath it changes.

Same structure, same type, same behavior, same gold. The brand is a variable. The engine underneath is ours.

06 · What an agency gets

Configured to your script, not a generic one.

The engine is fixed; the configuration is yours. Your framework, your beats, your judgment on what counts, captured once with your own people, then applied to every call from then on.

Calibration
Your script, mapped. Sections, beats, and the moves that decide a call, taken from your own framework and confirmed by your own trainer.
Weekly report
Per agent: where calls died, how each beat ran, one curated clip, and a single focus for the week.
Training app
On every agent's phone, built on your call. Loops, drills, simulated calls, and reps a trainer can listen back to whenever it suits them.
Your branding
Your name, your mark, your colour, across both surfaces.
Human in the loop
A closer reviews what the engine flags before anything ships. The machine does the volume; a person makes the call.

Provenance

The SignalCraft platform and its call-scoring engine are the original, independent work of Adam Elfers. Every deployment or white-label instance is a skin over that same system, not a separate one. Escensus is one of them.
